but the distance between the protagonist who is different from ordinary people and ordinary people is unexpectedly short.
But some people say that young literary and artistic people love Murakami.
The music, video images and the whole story all share an atmosphere called loneliness.
In other words, Tony (and Tony's story) was originally based on "loneliness".
Many times the camera takes close-up shots of parts of people and objects,
such as the back of the car, the material of clothes, and
fills the whole picture
with part of the object, as if the whole movie reflects Tony's abnormal character: good at focusing on Tiny, fine structures.
The rhythm of the film editing is very close to the original writing style.
Tony and Tony's father's life history, past and future events are
captured one by one
. The death of his wife is presented lightly,
faithfully presenting the strange sense of distance unique to Murakami.
The picture is very clean, the soundtrack is sad and low,
watching the whole movie is almost like reading Murakami's "Tony Takiya".
