Compared with the first season of X-File, the main line of Fringe is quite clear, or there is no branch line at all. All cases serve the main line, but it seems to be a little rigid in addition to the strong overall sense. But overall the script is passable, as long as you don't intend to watch it with a strong "orthodox" scientific attitude. So it seems that last year's writers' strike has objectively prompted the improvement of some scripts, such as the play and 24 hours.
So far, all doubts have been resolved in order to elicit greater suspense. The director took great pains to arrange the biggest climax of the first season in Finale--the appearance of William Bell, which really makes people feel that there will be a kind of endless suffocation if you don't watch the second season. At the same time, it also makes people have to sweat for the future of the show, but don't make it another LOST.
