Very sad comedy, happy ending

Before watching the film, I knew very little about the content, so it was easy to think that it was another typical Jim Carrey movie.
The result was far beyond my expectations, so I recommend it.

The mood of this film is very "appropriate". In the Great Depression, everyone may need a little more enthusiasm for life.

Perhaps it is this kind of "appropriate situation" that gives the film an extra layer of sadness.
The last hour, what a sad comedy movie, of course, maybe it's just that I feel so sad.

I always thought that the ending would be really sad. Although I don't expect to surpass "Warm and Inner Light", it may be a movie with a different ending.
In the end, I thought about it too much, and the ending was happy, not cruel at all.

Even though I guessed the ending wrong, it didn't make this movie more "tempered" in my opinion, but I still like this movie, even though it is so vulgar.

The sadness of this film is revealed by Jim himself, including his age, playing such a character who strives to find hope in his life, it is quite sad in itself, the previously careless and funny Jim estimates Will rarely come back again.
His previous Trueman Show and Man on the Moon actually had this sad temperament.
This movie made me feel that he was using his own way to sincerely warm the audience in front of the screen, which is enough to make me pay tribute to him.

The final ending, I believe it is also the same as "appropriate situation", it's all now, the ending needs warmth.

Not only sad, but also "weird", the song inside is funny, and the lyrics are really "very powerful".
The ending tidbits are cool.

recommend.
