Everyone is a fool

The original intention of watching this film is nothing more than the Coen brothers and Brad Pitt.
So rashly, without knowing the subject of the film and the outline of the content, he fell into a big black hole with fine layout, which made people laugh and feel heavy.

All the characters in the film are idiots.
Osbourne Cox, a senior analyst who was T out of the CIA for alcoholism, was a fool. First, he was put on a green hat by his wife, but the memoirs he wanted to use to earn pensions were still copied on the CD-ROM as the whole of his financial situation by his wife. It just so happened that the wife left the damn disc in the locker room of the gym—so it created more foolishness in the future. Driven out by his wife, his house has become a place for his wife to flirt and have sex with her lover. In the end, the manager of the gym was hacked to death on the street because he lost control of his emotions and was shot to death by a CIA agent. To say that this is just a poor worm whose business and family are not very proud, but it is a bit unworthy to end up like this. Besides, who is not so unhappy, who has never tried something terrible. It's just that some people bravely rush into the dangerous situation, and some people follow the current and eventually the boat is broken.

Fitness coach Chad Feldheimer is a fool. In my opinion, the Coen brothers are a bit harsh on this role (perhaps they are harsh on the Pete brothers). Although Chad is stupid, it is just the stupidity of ordinary people. If you want to say that he has any bad intentions, it really can't be said. The big deal is the weird paranoia about sportswear, the love of his Crossstar mountain bike, a bit arrogant, ignorant, and overzealous. So when he got a headshot, I still didn't believe it-no way he died so soon? In order to help her neurotic and obsessive-compulsive idiot colleague to collect enough cosmetic surgery fees to sneak into Cox's home alone, but was discovered by Cox's wife’s lover and headshot, no matter how you look at it, it’s really not worth it—for a moment. Heroism is dead. I personally think that Chad's smirk before being headshot is one of the highlights of this film. The trembling look of smiling flowers on the verge of death is really speechless. But if you think about it, there are so many people in life, just smirking all the way to the end.

Linda, Chad's female colleague, is a fool. As soon as this woman appeared on the stage, she hahad the doctor and said how she wanted to have a plastic surgery. Obviously, it is already a dying flower and a willow, but he has to pick and choose from men. It's rare to see a person who has the right eye and good aptitude on the marriage dating website, but after the meeting, he is an old-fashioned old weird with no enthusiasm. After SEX, I looked at the other party's wallet and found that the other party had a long history. Logging into the marriage network was just to satisfy the sex life. Later, together with his male colleague Chad, he wanted to use that CD to blackmail his surgery and even sent the CD to the Russian Embassy-of course, the other party didn't buy it. In this way, the image of a silly woman has already come alive. However, the Coen brothers were still dissatisfied. So she met Harry, the playboy, and naively thought that she would divorce her wife soon as the other party said. Coaxed by Harry's sweet words, he was dizzy, but he didn't know that he was the lover of Cox's wife who had killed his colleague Chad. So in the end, Harry, who had killed someone, became nervous and mistakenly treated her as a federal agent and ran away in horror. She left her with a blank smile and said [I'm just... Linda. ]

Harry of the Treasury Department is a fool. He thought he was a veteran in love. The red flags don't fall at home. The colored flags fluttered outside. Although the colored flags were nothing more than glamorous old women, he was still very proud and indulged in this kind of life. Tangled with Cox's wife, and when she heard that she wanted to divorce Cox, she wanted to avoid problems and responsibilities. At Cox's house, I saw Chad hiding in the closet and was overwhelmed and shot. Chad was a clean result. This gun that he has been with him for 20 years, has never been fired and regarded as a gimmick for hooking up with a woman, and finally ended the life of an innocent young man. Lingering with Linda, he was frightened by the relationship between the other party and Chad. He thought that his wife was loyal, but he knew that the other party had already planned to divorce him. Harry was a self-righteous fool, full of confidence because he had a little humor and good looks, thinking that he was playing with women in applause. It's a pity that things backfired. A good marriage is an illusion, a good lover is the CIA (he thought), and a good life is a big joke.

The manager of the gym is a fool. I have loved Linda for many years but never dared to say anything. She would just tell her that you are beautiful and that you should pay more attention to the people around you who love you. But the other party doesn't appreciate it at all. In order to help Linda raise money for plastic surgery, he followed in Chad's footsteps and sneaked into Cox's house to try to get more so-called high secrets, but was discovered by Cox, who had already returned home, and hacked to death on the street.
Cox's wife is a fool. Having lived with Cox, a nervous workaholic, for so many years, the other party was kicked out of the door by the CIA because of alcoholism. In the end, he couldn't even get a pension. The lover who thinks she is single-minded is actually developing several relationships at the same time, and she is just one of them. I naively hope that I can bond with each other after the divorce from Cox, who knows that the other party just blindly evades and is unwilling to take responsibility.

The so-called black humor is to make you laugh and laugh less comfortably. Obviously the Coen brothers are very good at this. So we read the whole story with a bitter face and a smile. There is no doubt that each character is two hundred and five, but when you think about it, although they are stupid, they are also forgivable and stupid. It is not like ordinary comedy, which reduces the IQ of the people in the play to strengthen our sense of superiority and win the audience a laugh. Everyone in the play didn't do anything beyond common sense. If we were to put us under such a situation, perhaps we would have the same reaction. The so-called bystanders are clear, we sit in front of the screen, see their stupid things, know that they are two hundred and five, so we laughed happily. But who doesn't have this kind of stupidity, it's just that we are fans of the authorities and we haven't noticed it. If there are also some audiences sitting in front of the screen, watching our every move, maybe they are also watching us doing stupid things, knowing that we are two hundred and five, and laughing with joy.

This is just a small incident of some small people, but it involves so many people and becomes complicated and complicated. Some people died because of boring things. The so-called secrets were just a pile of waste paper. The CIA didn't even look at it. They were thrown out and thrown away when they were sent to the Russians. The little farce turned into a big farce. In the end, it's just the little people who are busy themselves, which is useless for the big ones.

At the end of the film, the dialogue between the two CIA executives undoubtedly added to the film a lot. They told the audience's aspirations and watched the development of the whole thing as a bystander. The last sentence [what can we learn from it?] is really good, it sums up the whole film and asks questions for the director. A pun.

The story is fake, it doesn't have to be too true. Life is real (although it sometimes doesn't look like that), it has to go on. Don't think of jokes as life, don't think of yourself as genius. Honestly being a smart two hundred and five is the foundation of one's life.

Personally, I think this is purely a crazy little humor with multiple characters, not so dark and not so intentional.
