But if it really can cut through time and space from the present to the future, or from the future back to the present. I think I'll give it a try, or two...because I'm sure the ride will be pretty amazing. Because everyone has tried to change the past and create a better future. We often regret what we have done and make bad decisions. Therefore, if we can go back to the past, we are all willing to "correct" it, hoping to lay a good "foundation" for the past from the perspective of the future. But we all know that history cannot be changed, and none of us have that ability. So out of curiosity, we want to see what our future self will be like. If the situation is not very good, we will start from "now" and strive for the future we want. We can do this kind of "correction", if we can really travel through time and space.
So my own answer is that if I'm 30, I probably don't want to go back to my 13-year-old self, because it's not a happy thing to see my clumsy self, the self that often hits the wall. But if I can go to the future to see my future self, I'd be more than happy.
