It is indeed a Hollywood cartoon, continuing the irony of Hollywood movies for other countries. Traditional Hollywood movies have always had a hard time with the former Soviet Union or Russia. This time, the zebra, who speaks African English, is clearly the representative of the image of black Americans; and the lemur always felt that the English he spoke was very impure, and guessed which country he was alluding to when he said to the giraffe. When he made some rhetoric, he undoubtedly revealed a clear message: the Soviet Union.
