Jim Carrey's old bottle

When I wandered to the cinema, the ET APRES I was going to watch had already started, and I didn't want to go for a wasteful trip, so I chose this new work by Jim Carrey, who was not very interested. In fact, he didn't catch a cold with his "rubber face" before, and sometimes even felt a little scary. A person's face can be instantly distorted like that. When his new work was circulated by the media as a "return to Kim Carey comedy", my expectations were automatically reduced to the lowest point.
The story routine is a bit like "The King of Big Story". The male protagonist CARL fell into an autistic life state because of the breakdown of his marriage, avoiding all foreign things including friends, which formed a "reject all" life mode. This character setting can be counted as the "new wine" in Jim Carrey's "old bottle". Jim Carrey has become very "depressive" since "Warmness with Light", or he has begun to try to broaden his inner drama, but then "Boldly" tried "Spirit Number 23" but failed. This time, YES MAN Kim Carrie obviously knew that his rubber face could no longer hold up the entire screen, so the "tragic male protagonist" scene was staged. But it is a pity that the tragic drama is not only not enough, but hardly any effect has been achieved. At the beginning of the movie, in the characterization and plot-setting passages, the audience saw CARL make a fool of himself in front of his ex-wife and friends, and he went home to watch "Chain Saw" by himself at night. It did not generate much sympathy, but was looking forward to "positive" "Play" staged. This leads to his motivation to participate in "YEA MAN" is not so convincing. At this point, STEVE CARELL's "Dan's Real Life" is much better.
The movie starts with "say YES to everything in life". Although the plot logic is a bit untenable, it is also a good starting point. Because it sets up a suspense: "Say YES to everything" is obviously a loophole, or conditional. This loophole will naturally become the part of the "revolution" in the movie "Rise and Succession". In fact, saying "suspense" is a way of complimenting, because in this way, the audience has already guessed the direction of the story, and what they are waiting for is the fuse that triggers this "turn". Sure enough, CARL and his new girlfriend were arrested at the airport, which triggered a dispute between CARL and his girlfriend and the departure of his girlfriend. Until here, the film reached its end: "Say YES from the heart". I have to say that this is a vulgar foothold. If it is "the point of saying YES is to have a passionate attitude towards life", it should be better, at least it will not end with an unsparking love story between the hero and the heroine.
This old bottle of Jim Carrey could have been filled with a little new wine, but unfortunately these so-called "new wines" have expired. Of course I am a bit harsh. After all, this is just an entertaining comedy. Everyone who walks into the cinema also believes that Jim Carrey can laugh at him. From this point of view, the movie is still good. I laughed out loud at least several times. The blonde in the front seat of me leaned forward and backward with an exaggerated smile.
There are also some interesting lines about life in the movie. I vaguely remember what the heroine said, probably "Life is like a playground, but many people forget it when they grow up."
Life is indeed a playground. People who have always been passionate about it face new challenges and opportunities every day. They are full and meaningful. Those who have forgotten only saw an open space, complaining about boredom and despair.
