The old man is playing chess in the park, what a simple thing. But the highlight was that there was only one person in the park. Change your position, change your mentality and demeanor, so you have an opponent. Cowardly, insidious, a game of chess is hearty in the transition of roles. The author of course knows that what everyone is concerned about is not how the chess game is, and we also naturally ignore how the old man is brought to the last step. Anyway, he had no way to start, he lost. And so, the story begins to take an interesting turn.
How should this movie look? Different people may have different understandings. It may be related to the mood, and it may also be related to the thinking habits of watching movies. I have seen someone see loneliness in the film, but I think there is still a deviation. Loneliness is a state of loss, a feeling of self-pity with no one to rely on. I don't see any sign of pity in the film. When the old man won the dentures from his own hands (no doubt this is the one that made me the most stunned), put it in his mouth, and showed a smug smile. I laughed too, as if I saw the smiles of the authors who shared their experiences with you through their stories.
People need the courage to play with themselves. Being alone doesn't mean being alone. The accessibility of the human heart weakens the influence of the environment, because the cheerful and beating heart is clearly full of yearning for the bright sunshine. You can illuminate yourself, and you can illuminate others.
People who know how to be happy are actually not alone.
