Brynner won the Oscar for best actor in this film, although in my opinion, the appearance in this is really not as handsome as "True and False". And it was changed according to the stage play, so a lot of stage styles were retained, which seemed exaggerated. The young actors acted especially fake, and their faces were probably sour with laughter.
But that doesn't stop me from admiring this handsome bald guy. I really didn't expect him to be such a cute and innocent king, smiling proudly like a big kid.
For screenwriters and artists, don't ask for it, it is Siam in the eyes of Westerners, they don't understand the East at all.
