After the protagonist in the film is dressed as a blue mascot, he has no hands and can only hold flyers under his arm, but cannot distribute them with his hands; and few people will come to pick up his flyers on a sparsely populated highway. The blue mascot has a round head as large as the melancholic robot in "The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy", with no face or facial features, just like an abstract symbol.
