(I also like this movie very much, let's talk about it...)

Owen wilson and Adrien Brody are both my favorite actors. Surprised to see Owen in this movie as a big brother with a bit of seriousness/seriousness. It doesn't feel like he's chattering (viviangore*), he's actually a bit like a father to his two younger brothers, making decisions for them on his own accord, ABCD's planning, etc., a style he obviously learned from their runaway mother. And the character's suicide attempt can't help but be reminiscent of Owen's own experience.

Although the three people have different personalities and come from wealthy families, they have their own problems in their personal lives. The suitcases that have a high appearance rate in the film represent the common past and present. On the surface, the feeling of comedy is full of doubts, loss and sadness in the heart of the three people.

The scene of saving the child is a complete turning point, from the seemingly indifferent / almost ruthless sentence "Look at those little bastards" to the three people's true feelings of saving people, Jack's running, Andrien's "I can't save you." to my one...". After the stay at the child's house began, the three became the original three brothers again. That part of the funeral was a scene from heaven. The slow motion of the three of them walking out of the house couldn't have been more beautiful.

The scene of the last three people throwing away the boxes when catching the train is very symbolic, because the three people no longer need to have such a luxurious set of boxes with a common label to express their connection, and more importantly, to the past Heavy abandonment.

Oops, there are so many interesting details to talk about in this movie.

The music is very beautiful and the picture is very beautiful. The storyline is not gripping, but sitting down and enjoying it is very moving. It's a pity that I missed the schedule and didn't watch it in the cinema.

By the way, be sure to watch Hotel Chavelier, it's well done, and it also mentions many details that will echo in the movie (Jack's atmosphere song, music box, perfume, dialogue between two people, never wearing shoes.. ..)

  • Francis: He has this disease where his head is shaved except he doesn't have to shave it because he can't grow any hair in the first place. Don't talk about it around him though. It might offend him.
