"Life and Death Sniper" an immersive sniper movie

During this time, I watched several military/war/firearms movies. In terms of storyline and movie atmosphere, "Life and Death Sniper" is one of the best movies.

Sniper Bob was abandoned by his boss during a mission, and his watcher partner died when he struggled to retreat. The frustrated Bob hides in the mountains to live, but he is still found by his previous boss. The purpose of the other party looking for him is to let Bob use the perspective of a sniper to track down the murderer who would later assassinate the president. After careful consideration, Bob agreed.

But when looking for a sniper, he was betrayed by his boss and became the scapegoat for this assassination of the president. Bob struggled to escape. In the process of fleeing, he met the girlfriend of his comrade-in-arms and the former CIA agent who had a sense of justice. After carefully analyzing the ins and outs of Bob's incident, the agents also doubted its authenticity, so Bob and the agents formed a new sniper team, with the help of his comrade's girlfriend, to investigate the truth of the matter and find evidence.

The film can be roughly distinguished according to the syllogism: the beginning of the film until Bob agrees to find a sniper, then Bob is wronged and escaped as a succession, and finally the duel between good and evil is the climax.

From the point of view of film effects, "Life and Death Sniper" is a proper Hollywood blockbuster mass-produced work. But in such works, we can also see some clues that can "make people want to stop."

The first one: the idiosyncratic character of the protagonist in the story-the abandoned sniper. In works of the same type, most of the protagonists are agents or military soldiers. But this film did not set it like this, but used the identity of a sniper who was abandoned by the organization. Due to the particularity of the sniper, the sniper is a must in the aspects of anti-reconnaissance, escape, careful observation, etc., so that any storyline has a certain degree of rationality.

The second one: the sense of urgency that runs through almost the entire film. The leader was assassinated and wanted all over the country. This situation made the hearts of the audience tightly held together. This is such a situation, no matter what the situation is, in a large theater or a small screen, the audience's attention will always be focused on the film, which is extremely eye-catching.

The third one: the scenario of the sniper. This situation is not easy to explain: For example, in the modern environment, under what circumstances will the profession of sniper, or the class of arms, appear? It must be in a war situation. That's why snipers appear in films like "American Sniper". But this is also the case, and it is bound to have the right things like ZZ, such as anti-war, such as post-war syndrome. And "Life and Death Sniper" did not cut from this angle. Don't war, don't ZZ correct, as long as the plot.

In addition to these, the thing about "Life and Death Sniper" I am more gratifying is that it introduces some basic knowledge of snipers in more detail, and it explains that some work has been done.

It is recommended for those who like gunfight themes to take a look.

  • Nick Memphis: [sips coffee, chokes, coughs]

    Mr. Rate: [smiling] Good coffee?

    Nick Memphis: Yeah.

  • Mr. Rate: Would've been a bad job to take, though.

    Nick Memphis: How come?

Mr. Rate: Whoever took that shot's probably dead now. That's how conspiracy works. Them boys on the grassy knoll, they were dead within three hours. Buried in the damn desert. Unmarked graves out past Terlingua.

Nick Memphis: And you know this for a fact?

Mr. Rate: Still got the shovel!
