There are many flaws in the plot: the CIA does not hesitate to sacrifice a team of players to let the traitor show up? The captain murdered all the team members but didn't attack Ethan? But this does not affect it as a good film.

The highlight is the impact of all kinds of cool high-tech in the film in 1996: glasses that can be taken and transmitted, hackers invaded the security system through the computer, chewing gum explosives, silicone masks, CD discs, high-speed trains...and The last thrilling action part. The music is also very tense, rendered just right.
