Upgrade your life!

This is a very rigorous and wonderful film. Although the story is about artificial intelligence and robots that everyone is familiar with, the director really put a lot of effort into injecting freshness into every detail, and he also designed a thought-provoking ending at the end. Terrible twist!

Whether it's fight scenes, photography, art or even dialogue design, it's refreshing! Let everyone be more impressed by the screenwriter who has written the "Saw" series! And this "Upgrade" is the first time that he (Leigh Whannell) has taken the lead as the director!

Maybe the film company invested the funds that originally wanted to invite Tom Hardy into the remake of Tom (Logan Marshall-Green) and post-production, making the whole film more complete! Or maybe the director wants to bring out a message to everyone: Replicants have begun to appear in this world, and it is more likely to be the "Upgrade" version!

Who doesn't want to throw all the difficulties in life to AI to solve, and live happily in virtual reality?

It’s very interesting. The near-future black technology setting similar to Black Mirror/Western World, coupled with the vigilance of AI, at first glance, I thought it was invested by Elon Musk, haha. By the way, the male protagonist is too similar to Tom Hardy. It’s a pity that he performed very well in this film, especially in some of the scenes where he performed the inconsistency between body and consciousness very well. However, no one was destined to remember him.

Stem: While I am state of the art, I am not a ninja.

Grey Trace: Yeah, that's because your memories are filled with ones and zeros, pal, and our memories are filled with every fuck-up we've ever made.
