"Chinatown" 1974, an American suspense film directed by Roman Polanski. He was shortlisted for 11 nominations including Best Director, Best Picture, Best Original Screenplay in the 1975 Oscar, and finally won the Oscar Award for Best Original Screenplay. The plot is so tightly connected that the audience can't help but follow the plot while screaming. When the ending becomes clear, they shout: "That's how it is!" The film was started by the protagonist Jack, who helped a woman to check whether her husband had derailed, and slowly spread the plot development for the audience. At the same time, the whole movie also shapes the protagonist Jack from multiple details, making him gradually plump instead of becoming a shell driven by the script. The film is roughly divided into three stages. In the first stage, the male lead helped the woman find out whether her husband had derailed, and gradually approached the center of the whole trouble. The second stage begins with the death of the subject investigated by the male protagonist. In order to explore the truth, the male protagonist went to the river to explore, but was cut off as a warning. He didn't want to be softened by this, so he began various investigations, trying to find out the truth of the story, and gradually approached the truth of the incident. In the third stage, starting with the sentence of the heroine Fei Donnavy: "She is my sister and my daughter!", the third act of revealing the mystery was officially opened. In the third act, Jack points out who the murderer is, why he killed, and what methods he used to kill. At the end of the film, the hostess took her relatives who were both sister and daughter to escape, but was shot and killed, turning the whole film into a total tragedy. And the advice of a former colleague who worked together in Chinatown: "Forget her, JACK, this is Chinatown." Taking care of the topic, the theme of the whole movie is sublimated again.
