Who is Mr. George Kaplan?

My internet is too scumbag... I've re-rated the film review... Sigh read the beginning before and didn't read it. This time I hurriedly chased after it while I was addicted to Hitchcock.

The protagonist was caught in doubt from the beginning. Who is Mr. Kaplan, why was he arrested, why he became a fugitive, and why was he attacked? What is the identity of the woman you met on the train?

It turns out that Kaplan was created artificially. Why is this method so similar to the non-existent virtual two-dimensional character?

Old-school movies really need old-school dubbing. If it weren’t supported by the Mandarin Chinese, the rhythm would be a bit unbearable. The stereotyped elements are too strong, and the romance scene is boring, but the old-school "thriller" The classification is indeed appropriate, and the senses stimulate the leverage. In addition, Shen Xiaoqian's voice in this movie is fascinating, and the original characters with arrears in IQ seem to be attractive.

Four stars respectively give Caplan's setting, escape from the United Nations building scene, poster airplane section, and ending presidential hill section. It was very enjoyable, and there were many interesting details, but in retrospect it was still fragmented. Photography and editing are still the most impressive parts. But overall it is still indifferent.

North by Northwest quotes

  • Phillip Vandamm: Mr. Kaplan, you are quite the performer. First you're the outraged Madison Avenue advertising executive who claims that he has been mistaken for someone else. Next, you play the fugitive from justice supposedly trying to clear himself of a crime he knows he didn't commit. And now, you're the jealous lover spurned by love and betrayal.

Roger Thornhill: Apparently the only performance that will satisfy you is when I play dead.

Phillip Vandamm: Your very next role, and you'll be quite convincing, I assure you.

  • Roger Thornhill: Now, what can a man do with his clothes off for twenty minutes? Couldn't he have taken an hour?

Eve Kendall: You could always take a cold shower.
