Spielberg's movies will find a pattern after watching too much. He attaches great importance to the angle of storytelling, and the choice of this angle often hides deep meaning.
At the beginning of the film, it was an alien’s spacecraft, which surprised me. Then the alien was completely exposed to the field of vision. Among them, the rare subjective lens was given to the alien, and I wondered why it was not in the mysterious sense of the alien. After making a fuss, the director gave the answer. He turned the key man into a mysterious one. This operation is no one. The aliens are not mysterious but the earthlings are mysterious. It seems that the director’s idea is that the earthlings are relative to the aliens. It's an alien. Later, when ET became friends with the child, I realized that the director meant that the child didn't care who came from which ball. Those who can make love are all friends, and the great talents are aliens.
