Life is so long, time flies quickly

Think about it carefully. These two sentences seem to be contradictory, but they don't seem to be contradictory. Frank's ending. When he heard that the lawyer had died, his first reaction was who killed him. He was surprised that the nurse did not know who Russell was. This is the epitome of his life and the imprint of that era. He has done it to himself. There is no such thing as guilt about the matter, and instantly made me feel a little afraid of this role. People who knew him died one after another, who should he protect who worked for whom, and the fear and incomprehension of his daughters, made this once doomed gangster look back at his life in a daze, accept death, and return to the first sentence. Looking at it with the mentality of seeing the godfather, I was very emotional at the end. One is the fate of the character, and the other is the fate of the character, and the second is the fate of the character. This era will eventually pass. In the rest of my life, I will see one or two generations of the godfather on the same stage. There is no regret. The technology is refreshing, changing the appearance, but it can't change the traces that the years have passed on them. I hope that when I am old, I can think of this moment and it is enough.

Frank Sheeran: One of a thousand working stiffs... until I wasn't no more. And then I started painting houses... myself.

  • Whispers DiTullio: To tell you the truth, I'm a little concerned.

Frank Sheeran: [narrating] Whenever anybody says they're a little concerned, they're very concerned.

Whispers DiTullio: As a matter of fact, I'm really more than a little concerned.

Frank Sheeran: [narrating] And when they say they're more than a little concerned, they're desperate.
