The story is very simple. It revolves around the US military's attack on a certain island position. There are not many plots. It is mainly based on the only plots of reflection and anti-war.
The war is like this, it is extremely cruel. The film tries its best to restore the elements such as officers and soldiers' fear of war, family memories, battle details, and the current situation of the people, which indeed allows the audience to see more details. But other than that, there is none. The voice over was beeping and it was annoying to hear. Why did you make it into a movie? Why didn't you give a speech.
Anti-war is a feature of American movies, World War I, World War II, and capital to make a film. During the Vietnam War, you are still fighting the war later on. Isn't it all you who fight others? Lack of convincing, point to the end. The more you shoot, the more annoying it is to watch.
I finally finished reading it, and I don't know why the thin red line is named. Is it a translation problem, or is it the director's own art?
