It is recommended not to read Chandler's original book before watching this film, because the film has many key changes, such as the ending, such as the relationship between the characters. The film is not bad, after all, it is the work of Ultraman; but it is not "black" enough to be measured by the standard of "film noir", and the original book has too many wonderful scenes and intricate character relationships that are not reflected. If the screenwriter is Chandler himself, another "Double Indemnity" is likely to be born.

The babbling Marlowe...but the mouth is still the same sharp...the look of cigarettes is really Marlowe's style. Weird but very comfortable, there is actually a cameo of Schwarzenegger in it... The starring is actually Ross's father... but the beauties are replaced by neighbors
