The whole film really can't talk about plot, story and logic or anything like that. And, it's really not necessary. Anyway, if you really think you can be a killer too, and you can run wild in Russia with the name of the CIA, then you can basically be sure that you haven’t grown up and you haven’t played enough games, keep playing Go for it.
Other than that, to be honest, the stunts, motion design and visual effects, sound effects, etc., aren't very good either.
