I went to Shanghai Studio to see it. I wanted to watch "Yangtze River No. 7", but it was full, so I had to replace it with this film. As an idol drama, all the absurd plots can be forgiven. Jay Chou's acting skills are as bad as always, but he has something very valuable. Although his acting is stupid and bad, it's not fake. Also this silly movie doesn't look fake.
Basketball technology is performed in this film in a way that ignores the gravity of the earth. Every time I see Jay Chou, to be honest, my impression of him will get better, although this time it is not as good as "The Secret That Can't Be Said", which has fundamentally changed my impression of him.
To be fair, Jay Chou is a talent. Music from elementary school has a musical foundation, and many bad singers do not have this; although I do not appreciate most of the songs he sings, he can always add some innovative elements, such as Chinese folk music, metal sound, and innovative MV, etc; running a company to make a lot of money and having a business sense; acting is not fake at all, better than many disgusting "professional actors".
However, his acting is still terrible, and I still don't appreciate his singing. To add, Zeng Zhiwei and Tony Leung are the only two Hong Kong actors with acting skills that I have recognized so far. Stephen Chow's comedy is excellent, but it's hard to compare.
