Well, I don't watch many horror movies, and most of them are Japanese. There is a kind of watching one, and it will not deliberately look for ghost movies. "Ghost Call" is one of my favorite horror films, only the first one. Can't say how scary it is, after all, everyone's guts are different. The plot is good, at least I know what story it tells. When I first saw "The Grudge 2", I felt very boring and didn't know what to say. Mom also said that the ghost is always crawling around, and it has no meaning at all. Actually I thought so too.
I have long heard that American remakes of Japanese horror films are bad. Found it today. (The first time I watched the American remake) The
policeman's voice was hoarse, which was really unpleasant.
The film is superfluous. Everyone who gets the call will see the phantom. Too fake. I wanted to create a terrifying atmosphere, but when I saw it, I felt less terrifying.
Everyone's way of dying has changed, except Taylor. That Brain's way of dying is really funny, that hit rate isn't that high, right? Not as good as the original elevator.
That exorcist was hilarious. It is estimated that Americans are thinking about how to change their minds. I don't think it's strange that this kind of program appears on Japanese TV; instead, it appears on American programs, giving Jesus or something.
In fact, many plots are not so much changed as they are weakened.
Since it is a remake, why not turn the ringtone over. Such a classic ringtone. (I still remember that many people had that ringtone in their mobile phones at the time) I didn't like the US version of the ringtone at all.
The worst change is the ending. The police actually died. how is this possible. If you want to die, the woman will die. BUG? It's still the original ending, but it's way better by comparison. Seems like a solution, but it's not.
After reading it, prepare to watch "Ghost Call" again when you have time.
