The first feeling after watching this movie is simply an autobiography of the so-called American spirit. In the name of realizing the dreams of disadvantaged groups, ignoring legal rules and getting rid of all people and things that they think are bad. Isn't this the way the "world police" of the United States has always acted? In the eyes of the Americans, their preference rules are correct, and the direction they specify for the weak is also correct. Just like the CIA friend Susan who starred in Robert said: For the right purpose, the wrong method may be used! This is very American.

The movie itself is seen as a cool film. The protagonist is a superman. People block and kill, and Buddha block and kill. The profound meaning is to promote the so-called American spirit. Anyway, I can't see it in my heart.

The Equalizer quotes

  • Robert McCall: Is it just you, or are we waiting for someone else?

    P&E Worker: I'm sorry. What?

Robert McCall: Your hands. If you really work on power lines, your hands wouldn't look like that. We gotta be waiting for somebody else.

P&E Worker: Motherfucker... Hands where I can see them. We're gonna take a little walk across the street, Black Denali.

  • Susan Plummer: If you've come for help, I can't give you any.

    Robert McCall: I understand.

    Susan Plummer: Do you?

Robert McCall: Just came for tea.
