let's go

When reality and dreams collide, should you chase your dreams or stop? I think I will choose to stop.
Dreams are so beautiful that not everyone has the courage to chase them. People are too realistic and society is too realistic. Real people can't afford the price of chasing dreams, and real society can't provide the atmosphere for chasing dreams.
One must have dreams, but not necessarily chasing dreams. If you want to chase your dreams, you should probably remember an unchanging truth: success only favors those who are prepared. Miracles come from persistence.
Whether it is an infatuated dream chaser, or a real person who stops by. Raise your feet and move forward boldly, and let your dreams be the driving force behind everything.
Go on, the road is always under your feet. After hesitating, no matter what choice you make, there is no need to look back. The most beautiful scenery is always ahead.

The pace was so slow that I lost my passion at the end, but I really like the photography of the film, the pure tones

The Rookie quotes

  • Jimmy: What do they think, I'm some sort of publicity stunt? That I'm taking some guy's job away? What do you think, Brooks?

Brooks: ...I think you're too fast for me. That's what I think.

  • Olline: Hunter told me you went to see your father.

    Jimmy: Yeah.

Olline: You know where I'm going with this.

    Jimmy: Yes, ma'am, I do.

Olline: Rachel says he's trying really hard to be a good grandfather.

    Jimmy: [coldly] Yeah...

Olline: Oh, Jimmy. I swear the one thing you got from your father is his stubborn side.

    Jimmy: That's not true!

    [Olline gives him a look]

Jimmy: Well, what you want me to do, just pretend everything was okay?

Olline: You've been blaming your father for too many things for too many years.

Jimmy: I just call 'em like I see 'em, Mom.

Olline: Now, Jimmy, you can sell that story somewhere else, 'cause I ain't buying. You had your shot at baseball, you got hurt, simple as that. It had nothing to do with your father... you don't think he didn't have dreams?

Jimmy: Is that why it didn't work out with you two?

Olline: I'm gonna need a longer street for that talk.
