The concrete monster lacks imagination, so abstraction gives it a soul

Many people say that they want to know what the monster is, it's a pity that they haven't seen it. But I think the image of the monster has been portrayed very three-dimensionally, why the monster must pursue a concrete form, what the human eye sees is inherently complicated, and this film has several sides to the monster it sees. I have summarized the description of: 1. Normal people will go crazy when they see it, but lunatics will feel very good when they see it. 2. The woman who saved the pregnant woman at the beginning saw her dead mother. 3. Brother Supermarket mentioned evil creatures like demon. 4. The pictures of monsters in various forms of neurotic paintings in the room. 5. Every mentally ill eye.

It means that to a large extent these monsters should have no specific form. They may be intended to dig out the dark side of everyone's heart and distort the existence of the macroscopic world that normal people know. It's like putting a person in front of a black hole suddenly, or suddenly uncovering all the potential personalities in their body and allowing these personalities to appear in a mental body at the same time, or uncovering people's past scars and magnifying their pain countless times, etc. Wait, I'm not saying that these people will see the above, but use their own understanding and guessing to abstractly express what they saw and therefore go crazy and commit suicide.

On the contrary, lunatics are like the book "Genius is on the left, lunatics are on the right". It tells people with mental illness or mental disorders that are different from the perspective of ordinary people. The world they see and understand is something that ordinary people cannot. Another level of understanding is profound. They know a lot of things we don't know at all. After reading, you will really be confused whether you are a lunatic or a normal person, so whether they are the lunatic in our eyes or we are the abnormal people in their eyes are not well received. Maybe they actually have genius. His imagination, can see the microcosm, can see the truth, can see the endlessness of the universe, even if our scientists spend their entire lives, they can only penetrate the unsolved mysteries and so on.

And it is because lunatics and normal people see different things and see the world, they will understand the existence of this monster, because their consciousness level and spiritual level are loaded with many fantastic and abstract concepts, so they don’t Will be affected by the evil side of monsters, but simply feel that this is the world they know, and this is the beautiful side of them, so each of them is given a different pair of eyes by the monster.

Normal people have their own values, their own codes of conduct, moral constraints, desires, feelings, etc., so they are more likely to be influenced and become crazy. As for the lunatics in the film that let ordinary people see the beautiful world in their eyes and finally make ordinary people crazy, I think it’s like the feeling that many mental hospitals force mental patients to make them feel like ordinary people. The result can only be more irritated. They make them more extreme.

So I think that I can’t see a specific monster to satisfy my fantasy to the greatest extent, because it means that I can imagine any possibility instead of a qualitative and stereotyped monster. I always feel that the shortcomings are unpredictable and break me. I think this monster is actually not that good. The soul of the whole film is in our imagination, which complements the abstract and mysterious side that cannot be given by the film, the shooting method or the special effects.

Although this movie is of the same type as Silent Land, the essence is different. The whole story of Silent Land cannot be heard, but it can be seen that monsters are naturally needed to enhance the visual impact, and this monster is more interesting if it is concrete, otherwise it is not attractive at all. But this movie is about the eyes. The suicidal reaction of seeing monsters in the film has an inexplicable meaning. What kind of monsters did they see to become like this? If you really have a specific monster, you might wonder what is special about this monster, and you will be crazy when you look at it, and you will feel shortcomings and abstract concepts that give this monster a soul.

The above is just a little bit of my opinion, because this movie has been around for a long time but I haven't watched it. I think everyone should have discussed everything that should be said. I will just talk about my views on monsters, which is only for personal use.
