Are you still a teenager when you return?

As a digression, the day before I watched this movie, I watched the excellent work "Combing Yourself". This movie mainly interspersed a story of women recalling old times from the perspective of an old woman looking for friends. The male lion is also looking for people. The difference is that he found his family after being lost for 25 years. What shocked me is that this film is adapted from a real person.

Many times, the words that we are afraid to see when watching some movies that make people cry are: "based on real events". The story of this movie itself is very shocking. The reason why the movie is memorable is that art comes from life but it is more advanced. In some places, I personally feel that the way of expression is not perfect.

First of all, I don't think the director gave enough points to the shocking scene of returning to his biological parents in 25 years. For example, in the movie, the male protagonist first asked his brother, then saw his younger sister who had never met and grew up, and finally the family stood together and a group of people cheered. In this place, I think that if I find my mother first, the mother introduces my sister, everyone is immersed in happy emotions, and then asks the whereabouts of my brother, it will be more touching. There will be sharp contrasts and gaps before and after, giving people a strong visual and spiritual impact

Second, speaking of film structure. The whole film is in a narrative form, with some memories of the male protagonist interspersed in the middle. Personally, I feel that if this movie can be interspersed in the form of flashbacks like "Self-Combing", and finally the ending with a title like "Self-Combing" will be more refreshing. This movie is highly recommended for everyone to watch, and won the Golden Horse Award. Of course, this is an autobiographical film. As an autobiographical film, it is already very good. The essence of an autobiography is to restore the story in a complete way. But as a film, I think a little change in form will sublimate the entire work.

Finally, I would like to mention the male protagonist's girlfriend in the movie. In fact, for me, I think this character is available or not. Her existence is not of great significance to this movie, and she even has her role in the movie. Deleting it doesn't affect the slightest bit of the movie, but the granddaughter's boyfriend in "Combing Yourself" is different because the granddaughter's excesses directly correspond to what happened in the old times. In general, the overall movie is good. I only wanted to give three stars, but I gave four stars out of respect for real people.
