For those poets' poems.....

Recommending this movie is not because of the plot; it is not because Bell played Batman; and it is not because of the bad martial arts marksmanship. It's the discussion of human nature in this doomsday movie. Where should humanity go? Do they linger in mating and multiplying like the walking dead, or do they have the courage to open up in freedom and exploration? Just like a few lines in Ye Ci's poem "The Brocade of the Kingdom of Heaven" by Ye Ci: I am alone, leaving my dreams in vain, stepping gently, spreading the wings of dreams under your feet, because you are stepping on mine On the wings of dreams!

For the poems of those poets, have we thought about how to survive?

Equilibrium quotes

  • John Preston: When we return from the Nether it always reminds me of why we do what we do.

    Partridge: It does?

John Preston: [pauses; He takes notice of Partridge's intonation] I beg your pardon?

Partridge: [Withdraws Prozium-administering device from his pocket and injects himself with it] It does.

  • Polygraph Technician: This is a control question, a riddle really. How would you say would be the easiest way to take a weapon away from a Grammaton Cleric?

Brandt: [speaks into Preston's ear] You ask him for it.
