The magic and beauty of the prison journey: a slightly playful, allegorical tone of religion. The interpretation of country ballads in the film is very commendable. Three rednecks and a black guitarist who sold their souls are finally redeemed because of their singing. Although similar plots are cliché, their excellent interpretation will still make people smile.
