Spanish version of a haunted house.
A middle-aged couple couldn't get along in the original village, and they brought three children and an old man to Madrid to seek a living. The couple found a job relatively smoothly, and bought an old apartment with a high loan. After the whole family moved in, they thought that a happy life was about to begin. Unexpectedly, it started a nightmare for the whole family.
First of all, the eldest daughter found that the house was not right, was frightened to death by the ghost touching her stomach, and was also blamed by her parents. Then came the second son, who vaguely saw the figure of a woman from the opposite window, thinking that his lost life had found the other half that he could entrust to his life, and every day, the clothes drying rack happily passed on the love letter, until he was seduced to the basement before he reacted. The youngest son was the most unlucky, and was directly caught by the ghost in the next room. The whole family went to the next haunted house to find the youngest son. As a result, the whole family was frightened by the ghost and ran away.
It was hard to find the youngest son, but the whole family did not dare to go back. The couple still owed a lot of debt. In desperation, the mother found a pair of mother and daughter who could be psychic. She hoped that they could help drive away the ghosts. Not only was the ghost not chased away, but he almost wiped out the psychic old lady.
The eldest daughter found the owner of the house and learned that the ghost in the house was a transvestite who was not seen by her family. The transvestite hoped to have a child to satisfy her desire to be a mother. And the eldest daughter was pregnant by being touched by a transvestite ghost (can you get pregnant by touching it? This is unscientific~).
While the eldest daughter was distracting the transvestite, the husband bravely jumped downstairs with the transvestite in his arms and chose to perish with the ghost to save his family. The widow mother took the whole family, including the pregnant eldest daughter (the ghost child is still not destroyed? Do you want to keep it for the New Year?), left the haunted house and ran to a new life.
The advantages and disadvantages of this film are obvious:
Advantages: The horror atmosphere in the front is better created, and the looming feeling is a bit scary. The overall rhythm is not too procrastinated, and there is no point where you particularly want to fast-forward.
Disadvantages: The finale is a bit illogical, the transvestite ghost with powerful mana is too easy to eliminate, and it feels a bit anticlimactic. The other is that the characters move very slowly when they are afraid. The understanding is to create a terrifying atmosphere, but some of the actions are a little slow and lack physiological logic.
In the end, there are some drawbacks. Spain is also a Catholic country. A room full of crosses can be haunted by ghosts, so what’s the face of God? A transvestite who was affected by an air bag during his lifetime can actually gain magical powers like a demon after death? . . . Is this a distortion of human nature or a loss of morality?
Summarize:
Horror atmosphere can give 4 stars.
3 stars for the storyline.
2 stars for detail logic.
Overall rating 3 stars.
