The movie "High Aspirations" is arguably the most expensive conscription advert in the history of the U.S. Navy. The film has won strong support from the U.S. military. The U.S. Navy has provided VF-1 "Wolf Pack" Squadron, VF-51 "Falcon" Squadron, VF-111 "Sunset" Squadron, VF-114 "Aardvark" Squadron, and VF-213 "Black Lion" Squadron. The squadron’s active-duty F-14 fighter jets and 8 active-duty pilots participated in the filming of the film. In addition, the F-14 opponents A-4 attack aircraft and F-5 fighter jets (MiG-28 in the film) came from Miramar Air Station and The TOPGUN school of the same name in the film, and the pilot is the school’s flight instructor. The "Assault", "Enterprise", and "Carl Vinson" aircraft carriers also appeared in the film. In order to shoot real and believable effects, the film's photography not only has to adopt different methods of multiple angles and multiple lenses, and chase and shoot various thrilling scenes. It is also this film that uses the special status of a pilot to make it the first time for audiences who can only see the heroic appearance of F14 in the pictorial to feast their eyes and get in touch with F14 for the first time.
