I don't want to be moved by watching movies. This may be a morbidity, but I think many people have the same morbidity. I have to say this movie moved me. It makes one feel what is human, especially in the absence of human form. John Hurt (the actor who played The Elephant Man) gave a perfect performance, you can't see his face, but you can feel his every heartache, pain, joy and disappointment. . .
