I have been ignoring this film because it is a web drama. Until recently, there were really no movies to watch, so I clicked in and watched it. Probably never had much expectations, but this film unexpectedly clung to the judge's eyes and heart. What is different from "A Quiet Place" is that this film makes the life of the people in the play more uneasy. Because I can't see it (what I see will kill itself immediately, or go crazy completely), so I am more afraid of helplessness. Human beings have always had an inexplicable fear of invisible things, not to mention the invisible things can make people die instantly.
A special bonus is that at least there are no children who are particularly dead in this drama, and there are no idiots or men showing the plot of knowing that there are tigers in the mountains and going to the mountains to frighten the audience. I think this is very good. For some comments that the screenwriter didn't even bother to make monsters, I didn't take it seriously. This film is for everyone to be afraid of the invisible and inexplicable. If you want to escape blindly or have a glance, you choose by yourself, no one knows what it is, or you are crazy, and you can’t tell others what it is and why it appeared. . This is what truly makes people scared, panicked, disturbed, and confused!
Trust is also a key word in this film. When people say that you are safe and can take off the blindfold, do you choose to believe it or not? Driving blindly with GPS, is it still not going out, or starving to death? Someone knocks on the door, will you open it or not? There is trust in it. Misjudged trust is tantamount to suicide. How do you choose?
Regarding love, I believe that not everyone has love, but there must be people who sacrifice for love. Regardless of whether there is love in such an environment, there is no denying that love and good hope are the only motivation for living people. (It is especially emphasized that the two dolls in the play are so loving and sensible!)
Our coronavirus this time is also like an invisible enemy, everyone is defending everyone, but also selflessly helping the victims. Although it is not the end of the day like a movie, in the future, if there is an existential crisis for mankind in the future, whether mankind can survive and continue depends really on the survival will and love of mankind. Only at the most critical moment, or those who have experienced life and death, can they understand what love is, what is life, and what is life.
