I saw this movie a long time ago, but it was mainly for excitement at that time. After all, the thief of the zombie cannibalism pulled down the meal and did not explore the highlights of the film too much.
But this review has a major discovery. I watched the abridged version back then, but this time I watched the director's cut version. In addition to a few more dew points, Director Zha also filmed the ending. .
Let’s talk about the story itself first. I like the rhythm of the theme directly at the beginning, and explain the background of the story in a few minutes. Seriously, no nonsense.
The story itself is not very good. I have been looking forward to a scene, that is, the car gets stuck in half, and a certain protagonist picks up the machete and slashes the zombies wildly. As a result, I found that I remembered it wrongly, it is not the same movie.
Like being trapped in a supermarket, the most I see are internal strife, mutual attacks and distrust, but this film does not do that. Even CJ, who resembles Trevor, has successfully transformed into a person who is willing to sacrifice himself to save others in the later stage. So is this movie trying to tell us that even if the world ends, we should all unite and love each other?
There are two biggest highlights of this film. One is the romantic friendship between the black policeman and the younger brother opposite. It's just that the lunch box is a bit sloppy. Why is it so troublesome to send things in the past? How sb is that sb woman?
The second highlight is of course the ending. When I watched it back then, there was no last paragraph. In the director's cut, after everyone landed on the island, the dog rushed into the woods and brought a group of zombies, and the boat ran out of fuel, so they escaped. It must be impossible to escape, and it will end in a group annihilation, so why would a good supermarket come out and die?
