To be honest, I watched this movie three times. The scene at the beginning switched quickly, the amount of information received was a bit dizzy, and the content was relatively simple. The next day I watched it again, and several trains kept switching... On the third day, it was finally straightened out, and this time I watched it very excitedly.
The logic of this film is similar to that of "Captain China". It begins with the most ordinary daily scenes, and then an unexpected catastrophic event occurs. The hero responds skillfully and bravely, saves the lives of the public, and intersperses affection to strengthen the film's appeal.
Shot cuts are an important skill for the film's success, and it's also the reason why the film doesn't handle it well enough. When the previous part of the plot has not yet been understood and the characters have not yet stood up, constantly cutting the camera will make the audience uncomfortable and have no desire to continue watching. Excellent means are good, but they are not suitable for abuse and multi-purpose, and a bit overkill will have the opposite effect. Of course, in the second half, it is precisely the use of lens conversion and confusion to enhance the appeal and grab people's hearts.
The picture of the movie is highly saturated, shadowed, and masked, which improves the look and feel. At first glance, you know that it is an action movie and a passion movie, which is in line with the emotional tone of the movie.
I have to say that the two leading actors are so handsome, especially Denzel Washington, the sideways smile just makes me sink?
