Just when I thought that the number and quality of lesbian-themed films over the years were far lower than the more popular gay films, this film appeared, and found that very few people knew about it. In recent years, it is more romantic and homosexual. The overall quality of the movie, when it's in short supply to audiences, makes me wonder why so few people spread it.
Movies depicting small towns in the UK always attract me inexplicably. The choice between pure love and reality is mainly about the surrounding environment, which shows the sincerity of this emotion. The environment established by traditional husband's power, women lack legal and social rights. Protecting and respecting, the heroine was threatened by her ex-husband to take away the child after being forced to "reveal", and she was helpless.
