Almost blind since childhood, the setting of seeing ghosts after surgery is quite interesting. But what I saw was a ghost, not a ghost. If ghosts are the same as human beings, they should not be able to tell whether they are humans or ghosts after the restoration of sight. This kind of setting is interesting, a bit like "The Seventh Sense". The difference between Eastern and Western cultures is that Eastern cultures prefer to set ghosts and gods as non-humanoid, while the West is more humanoid. In terms of horror effects, the horror effects of non-humanoid settings are simple, crude and direct, with strong visual and psychological impact, while the horror effects achieved by humanoid settings are more often thoughtful and terrifying.
