good movie, dark humor, Reivew on The Tailor of Panama

The cunning of the British, wherever money interests are concerned, does not at its root care whether other countries are dictatorships or other forms of rulers. It was very funny to see that the American general was so excited when he sent troops to Panama, and then he was sad when he left Panama in anger.
