"Black Hawk Down" film review
The film is well shot, with remarkable rhythm, graphics, and sound effects.
Seeing the miserable failure of the U.S. military, the final data was released. The U.S. military suffered heavy losses and killed 18 soldiers, and Somalia killed more than a thousand.
Somalia has always been chaotic. A soldier said, it's a pity that the sea and the beach are so good. Whether it is because of racial issues or other reasons, it is always their internal affairs. The US military should not be concerned. The local women and children of Somalia in the film took up rifles and fired at the US military for a reason.
The US military believed that the local warlords were too cruel, and 300,000 people died of starvation due to famine in Somalia, and they had to snatch food and supplies aided by the Red Cross. So I have to play the role of a righteous hero, military intervention.
It's all about national interests.
After returning home from many injuries during World War II, there was no mental illness, because it was indeed a just war, and the liberation of the local people was welcomed by the local people. Many veterans who participated in the Vietnam War have been suffering from mental illness after returning to China. Because they do not represent the righteous side, the local people in Vietnam do not welcome American troops to their country, and they play the role of an aggressor.
In the end, after Operation Black Hawk, the United States withdrew from Somalia and the warlord leader was assassinated. As a Somali armed leader said in the film, do you really think that if we kill our general, we will lay down our weapons and surrender?
