The entire film, whether the child's name or the ghost reminder, keeps telling you that it's full of LIE.− lies.
At first, I thought it was a cult organization that opened a hospital and did some illegal things by treating children. Then I encountered stupid parents who didn't believe the children's words, and the ghosts of the children who were killed in the hospital helped the children escape.
Actually... the final reversal still surprised me. Everyone has their own lies. As far as recent horror movies are concerned, this reversal is not bad, but the final ending is a little calmer, it feels like an American drama. The end, waiting for the start of the next season!
