A very historical film!

The starring Nicholas Cage is still a bit directed at the actors. Similar to the "Da Vinci Code", there is still no difference in general content. It is a process of solving puzzles, but this series is larger. The overall color is still dark and gold, which highlights the mystery of the treasure. Also in order to create a dangerous and seductive atmosphere, it is a simple and cool film, and the logical structure is not tight. In fact, I still want to talk about the second villain: Mr. Mickey. In fact, he is not a simple villain. He is a person who wants to be famous and has a cruelty. He is not simply coveting treasures, but with a sense of family honor. Like Gates, one party looks for treasures to wash out ancestors. One of the charges of being framed for killing Lincoln was to make the family famous. At the last moment of life and death, when Mickey ignored his personal life and death, the last thing he thought about was the interests of the family.

National Treasure quotes

  • Riley Poole: [leaving Abigail's office after unsuccessfully trying to convince her about potential theft the Declaration of Independence] If it's any consolation, you had me convinced.

    Ben Gates: It's not.

Riley Poole: I was thinking, what if we go public, plaster the story all over the internet? It's not like we have our reputations to worry about. Although, I don't think that's exactly gonna scare Ian away.

Ben Gates: [standing in front of the Declaration of Independence] 180 years of searching, and I'm three feet away. Of all the words written here about freedom, there's a line here that's at the heart of all the others. "But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and provide new Guards for their future security."

    [pause]

Ben Gates: People don't talk that way anymore.

Riley Poole: Beautiful, huh? I have no idea what you said.

Ben Gates: It means if there's something something wrong, those who have the ability to take action have the responsibility to take action.

    [pause]

Ben Gates: I'm gonna steal it.

    Riley Poole: [laughs] What?

Ben Gates: I'm gonna steal the Declaration of Independence.

    [walks away]

Riley Poole: [laughs, then follows Ben] Uh, Ben?

    Young Ben Gates: Grandpa!

John Adams Gates: You're not supposed to be up here, looking at that.
