I was poisoned by Douyin's movie editing recommendation, and came here to search for this Korean disaster film eleven years ago. But it is not a pure disaster film that has been eagerly demanded recently in a special period, because more than half of it are other subplots that have nothing to do with it, and even the label has a "love". Such a long foreshadowing is probably to fully exaggerate the warmth of normal life before the disaster, in order to set off the horror of the natural disaster that suddenly and instantly broke everyone's peaceful life. The idea is good, and it fits with the design at that time. But many people don't buy it, and the first half of the complaints are too long and have no practical effect in terms of the plot.
Maybe the director at that time and the audience now have different positioning and goals for it. If you want to skip the so-called love story that is noisy and bloody, just skip to 1 hour and 10 minutes and start eating the "big money-smashing scene". About half an hour or so.
In the play, the government has always been dismissive of the pre-disaster symptoms and tried to suppress it as much as possible. I have long been accustomed to it. What a crow in the world, I don't talk about the plot. At first, a seagull plunged into the front windshield of the "Chosen Son" Changhe car, and a cruise ship was shaky on the sea-crossing bridge. Just looking at these, I thought there would be a big surprise! There are no surprises, but the plot of the most handsome rescuer's heroic dedication is really incomprehensible. Maybe the director knows that sometimes the sacrifice of some people is always necessary, and only this can be turned into eternity.
Personally, one of the more touching plots is that the mother of the lucky, foolish boy who is idle all day long went to choose a pair of leather shoes for her son who was about to interview before the disaster, but she was finally drowned in the ruthless tsunami.
In short, in this 2009 Korean film, there may be a lot of exaggerated acting skills and bloody plots. The disaster part, especially the ending part, is also abruptly stopped, but the surprise is that the heroine Ha Ji Won reminds everyone of the year. The ignorant emotion when watching "Color is Empty" is not bad. So 5.5 is also worth swiping to 6.
