Regarding the theme of this film, many film critics have analyzed many angles, so I won't describe it here. After watching this movie, the most obvious feeling is that the director directly blacked "Fight Club", and the black was very good. Many scene themes are full of déjà vu.
Below are a few pictures for easy comparison:
1. "Help others, teach them to grow"
2. "Beat the boss (regardless of whether the boss is good or bad)"
3. "Vent through body collision"
4. I used to look at pornographic pictures

If Fight Club teaches men not to be corrupted by consumerism, to get back their masculinity, and to stand up like a man, then The Art of Self-Defense is to throw some of the heat on some of the people who have had a fever from watching Fight Club. A basin of cold water: wake up! Standing up also depends on the method, it is not right to indulge in violence when your head is hot.
