After watching the movie, leave the disc in the CD-ROM and listen to the background music by Ryuichi Sakamoto in the menu section repeatedly.
Under the narration of the male voice, the camera moves casually, which is easy to be addicted. Even if it's far from perfect.
Having not read Murakami's original book before, I would not have looked at this film from a literal point of view. It is an expected slow but not easily boring narrative. Even for a woman who relies on clothes to fill the void, I can't say no, even if Tony Takitani's complete loneliness can only be seen in the light and shadow in front of him.
