Adults, feel the long absence, whimsical, ignorant and fearless only when they were young

I just finished watching the first one because of teacher Liu's explanation of the second one. When I watched the commentary, I felt that the plot setting of this film was really amazing. When I found the film, I found that it was a 95-year-old movie. It's so talented! To borrow a sentence from Teacher Liu, in the past, the various films and TV dramas that we have known to the public through the plot are mostly through the present to the past, and this movie is the game plot that comes to reality. Earthquakes, quicksand, torrential rain, NPC sharpshooters chasing modern people, lions in the bedroom, monkeys smashing and looting, etc. are upset because of two small dice. Although every step is life-threatening, once you start, you have to play to get back to the beginning. As a 25-year-old adult, it has been a long time since I felt this kind of fearless adventure as a child. In addition, the style is also my favorite style. In the United States in 1969, naughty children riding bicycles on the streets and alleys, and the green trees on the roadside facing the sun, don't be too healing! In short, this old film 25 years ago absolutely kills 70% of the current movie. In my opinion, it is a masterpiece. It is not a loss to invest in shares, friends!

Alan Parrish: [exasperatingly sarcastic] Well, I didn't know, okay? It's just the roll of the dice!

Judy Shepherd: [sarcastically] Is he the reason you didn't wanna play?

Sarah Whittle: [scoffs] You didn't want to play either, Mr. We-Started-Something-26-Years-Ago-And-Now-We've-Gotta-Finish-It?

  • Alan Parrish, 1969: [angry] I guess I'm not ready for Cliffside then!

Samuel Alan Parrish: [at the door, shouts] We're taking you there next Sunday! And I don't want to hear another word about it!

Alan Parrish, 1969: You won't! I'm never talking to you again!

[Sam slams the door behind him as Alan tears up the brochure in anger]
