This movie is a comedy. Although the plot is a bit absurd, it incorporates a psychological truth. As Dr. Buddy (Nicholson) puts it, there are two types of emotionally disturbed people: If two types of people get into an argument with the clerk at the grocery store, one will immediately have a violent conflict with the clerk, and the other will It looks like it will swallow it, but the next day will kill all the clerks in the store with a gun.
Some people will immediately use anger to vent their emotions, while others will always accumulate anger in their hearts and eventually lead to collapse. There are also two kinds of collapse, one is self-sabotage, such as suicide, and the other is social and environmental damage, such as the Korean who killed 32 alumni and teachers.
Titled Anger Management, the film lives up to its name.
