For a Quentin movie, I did it for the first time because I was basically unhappy.
Ever since KB, I felt that Quentin's protagonist had to be a man. After all, there are too few beautiful women in this world who can speak foul language. Compared with the performances of the men in "Reservoir Dogs" and "Pulp Fiction", Quentin's directing now makes people feel more cartoonish and younger. It seems that Quentin is determined to be nostalgic, continuing to pay homage to decades-old B-movies. But in the end, it really made people feel like watching a movie from decades ago, - for a moment, I thought of Dao Lang.
Playing retro is too unchallenging for Uncle Kun. Such an easy thing to accomplish, no matter how I look at it, I can't get high.
Four stars for that crash's sake.
