My girl

Francisco Goya (30 March 1746 - 15 April 1828) was a Spanish Romantic painter. Born March 30, 1746 in the village of Fuente Todos, near the city of Zaragoza. His painting style is bizarre and changeable. From the early Baroque style to the later works similar to expressionism, he has always changed in his life. Although he never established his own school, he has a deep appreciation for the later realism schools, romantic schools and paintings. Impressionism has a great influence and is a transitional figure connecting the past and the future. In "Inquisition" there is a mockery of hidden disappointment. There is a large, dark part on the screen, which seems to be full of terrifying phantoms. The dark side in the distance is dazed and in a trance. In the midst of this endless phantom figure live a group of priests who act as judges only a demon can imagine; they are full of intrigue and cruelty, deceit and stupidity. Among them we can only see the existence of one person - the accused who bowed his head under the heavy insult of absurd high hats and had to bow before fate. And Natalie, said to be very similar to the girl in "The Milkmaid of Bordeaux". The story comes from the painting, which makes the story itself separate from the biography and becomes the director's own product. The whole story and subordinate to the larger historical environment, but also stand out independently. Unlike "Mozart" Amadeus, this time he didn't bother about the history of the characters themselves, but threw us a trivial piece about that chaotic period. Ines represents the ordinary and pure middle class. She is pure and beautiful, and she has no very firm concept of religion and kingdom. From when she was brought to the interrogation room, her bewildered and uneasy look, and the confrontation she showed in prison later. Lorenzo's absolute trust has prompted her to become a victim. Even if she was raped, abandoned, and forgotten by Lorenzo, she would still kiss the back of his hand excitedly when they met, always thinking of her and his girl. Lorenzo should be a revolutionary speculator. He is smart and radical, and his keen sense of smell makes him good at choosing the production method that is most beneficial to him. His interest in Ines is just a desire to destroy a beautiful thing, and it seems that watching the holy halo become low and ruin can ease his contradiction and contempt for the current situation. This is not the girl he wants, her beauty is a little dazzling and a little trance. However, he himself is hypocritical and timid. When Goya told him the price of the painter, his hasty embarrassment, and his quick recovery of seriousness all revealed the hidden subtleties of the heart. In Goya's eyes, the world may only be divided into two parts, artistic and non-artistic. His appreciation for and admiration for beautiful things in Ines. In his heart, Ines will always be a little witch with the scent of jasmine. A desire to protect without lust. He lacks a deep presence, whether it is Spain, Napoleon, or England, politics is at best a line in his brush, or a strong color. Alicia is the daughter of ROLUNZO and ELLIS. She was sent to the monastery when she was still a baby. She is sharp and rebellious. She is a "little tiger". She resists enslavement and is sensitive and alert. Napoleon came and overthrew the religious rule, and then the British came, the Pope returned to power, and Lorenzo was pushed to the interrogation table. Lorenzo watched with satisfaction as the carriage carrying his wife and children raised the long yellow sand. He was finally sentenced to hang, he chose not to yield, you can think it was for the yearning for democracy, I think that was the best choice made after analysis and judgment. But he wouldn't understand that Ines would take his corpse's hand and leave a bumpy figure on the flagstone. Stop using Natalie Portman's nude scenes as a gimmick, it's heartbreaking. Goya's Ghosts quotes

  • Tomás Bilbatúa: Forgive me, Father Lorenzo, but um, have you ever been put to the... to the Question, yourself?

Brother Lorenzo: Have I ever been?

Tomás Bilbatúa: Yes. Have you ever been subjected to the Question?

    Brother Lorenzo: Of course not.

Tomás Bilbatúa: Do you think that if you were, and they asked you to confess something grotesquely absurd... say... say you were told to confess that you're really a monkey.

    [laughter around the table]

Tomás Bilbatúa: You're sure that god would grant you the fortitude to deny it? Or would you rather confess to being a monkey? To avoid the pain.

    Goya: I know I would.

Tomás Bilbatúa: I know you would. So would I.

Tomás Bilbatúa: [to Lorenzo] Would you?

Goya: What is this Tomás, are you playing some sort of silly game with you guest? Nobody would ever ask Father Lorenzo to confess something so absurd.

    Tomás Bilbatúa: I would.

    [leaves the table]

  • Tomás Bilbatúa: [reading from a freshly prepared document] I, Lorenzo Casamares, hereby confess, that contrary to my human appearance, I am in fact, the bastard son of a chimpanzee and an orangutan, and I have schemed to join the church, in order to do harm to the holy office.

Tomás Bilbatúa: [places the parchment and quill in front of Lorenzo, then sits down] Sign it.
