Over the weekend, I watched a French comedy "Shut Up".
Watching French films, there is not much mental burden, it is always very easy and unexpected.
Jean Reno is yet another indifferent killer. "Big Nose Lover" Gerard Depardieu was eloquent, a hapless and lovable retard.
When two personalities meet, it turns out to be a very interesting story.
Ruby, played by Jean Reno, is imprisoned and meets Contan. Before, because of his eloquence, Kantan had conflicts with his roommates and changed several cells. In the end he was placed with Ruby.
Ruby remained silent and was soon taken to a mental hospital.
Contan goes against the wall to be with Ruby. Because Ruby never said a word, Contin thought that his silence just showed that he was his most faithful listener, so he regarded him as his best friend.
However, when Ruby planned to escape, Contan contacted his alcoholic friend to use a crane to rescue himself and Ruby, which made a lot of jokes.
The two of them ran wildly in the street in the car they grabbed.
Although Contan has no brains, he is born with great strength. Whenever two people are in danger, they can always escape in time. Ruby hated and doubted him from the beginning, but gradually got to know him and fell in love with this simple-minded friend.
Jean Reno was stern, and it was precisely this that made Quantin fall in love with him. In the play, Kantan's frankness really pops out of his mouth without thinking, so people always burst into laughter. He compares Ruby to a tame horse, because only Ruby ignores his gushing.
At the end of the story, Contan was shot, but he still described to Ruby the situation of opening a coffee shop in the future.
French films are like that, always in tension and witty.
Although it is not a high-budget film, it is sure to please the audience.
