never grow up

Written on the front:
When you were a child, you could have imagined that a bird would park in front of your window and suddenly speak to you, chat with you, and tell you stories you have never heard before; the ants are nervous and busy back to their caves, in fact they have a beautiful palace below the ground that we have never seen before, with a red carpet, a gold crown on the king's head, drinking from a cup made of shells; patterns on the walls Can dance, always secretly changing shape while everyone is sleeping. . . . . .
Later, when you grow up, you will no longer have such dreams. You are more concerned about the salary and the size of the room. You live an adult life, realistic and exhausted. But one night, will you still remember these colorful old dreams, will you still remember the pure, direct and sincere happy child? Do you still remember the old you?
The story takes place in London in the seventeenth century. In fact, this is not a story, but a deduced past event.
It's about MR BARRIE, a playwright who, during the premiere of his script, would nervously hide behind curtains backstage, surreptitiously watching the audience's reflection in a small mirror. It's a pity that his plays don't seem to be very popular, some people are dozing off and some people are chatting. In his disappointed, frustrated eyes, he saw the rain pouring down from the theater, just like his lost mood.
He is like a child who will never grow up, his head is full of strange fantasies, he imagines the pirate captain with hooked hands, the wonderful and magical NEVERLAND, the children can fly freely, bravely meet with each other on the sea Pirates fight; his imagination belongs to a little boy, pure and free, and he can't help making everyone who has been a child smile knowingly.
He has a noble and indifferent wife, a beautiful home, and a big dog named NANA, but he is increasingly hiding in the world of his own imagination. Later, he got to know the DAVIDES family, the widowed mother SYLVIA and four naughty and cute little boys, he likes to be with them, especially the sensitive and intelligent PETER. He played games, flew kites, and acted with the children. The children's world was bright, happy and full of passion. They believed that there were really pirates and fairy tales; There is nothing wrong with people having a childlike innocence. So at DAVIDES's house, he was like a duck to water.
Later, the ending was happy and regrettable. He finally wrote the famous drama PETER PAN, but SYLVIA, the tolerant and gentle mother died because of hard work.
The premiere of PETER PAN was a huge success, fascinated by adults and children alike. On PARTY, the little PETER of DAVIDES' family was considered to be the prototype of PETER PAN, but little PETER pointed to BARRIE and told everyone that I am not PETER PAN, he is PETER PAN.
Yes, he is PETER PAN, PETER PAN forever, boy who will never grow up. He would dance with the dog in the park, spend the day with the kids, he would fantasize about a sunny forest behind his door, and he built his own paradise called NEVERLAND.
This film is beautifully shot. The plot is interspersed with fragments of the protagonist's fantasy, the innocent words and deeds of the children, and the colorful sunlight reflected by the flying kite, which makes people miss the lost childhood from the bottom of their hearts.
When PETER PAN opened in the film, my eyes could not help but burst into tears. There are so many details in his script that we felt with him along with the film. Jumping feet and refusing to go to bed before going to bed, the surprise of the children flying up from the bed. Many things are moved because of tacit understanding.
However, I can't tell whether I am moved, for the movie, or for myself. PETER PAN was originally a novel that I liked very much in the past. Although I didn't think my childhood was particularly happy, I was extremely nostalgic for the mentality and feeling of being a child. At that time, I could cry and laugh to my heart's content, and express my feelings without any scruples. At that time, I was curious and easily felt happy and satisfied, and was easily moved to tears.
I really like it, I really like the feeling of being genuine.
And now, I can't talk about getting old, but I'm much numb. Many times, I almost forget how to smile really happily, because now, when I encounter something that makes me really happy, the more It's getting harder.
PETER PAN later chose to stay in NEVERLAND forever, because he said he didn't want to grow up. BARRIE gave PETER PAN such an ending, never grow up! Do you yearn for it?
